I'm not sure you'd be able to legally use it, free of charge, for a commercial purpose. But SOWPODS, OWL2, and the TWL wordlist are easily found with Google, and can be downloaded from many sites. The TWL is the official tournament wordlist for the US and Canada, while SOWPODS is used in the rest of the world, and for the World Scrabble Championship. The SOWPODS wordlist is currently edited by the WESPA Dictionary Committee. Questions concerning the list should be directed to the NASPA International Committee, also easily found with Google.
