The question has been asked as part of a co-ordinated spam campaign for LG 3D televisions. It is fortunate then that the "child" is as non-existent as the ghosts he is screaming at. If it was a real child, it would have seriously negligent parents allowing it to continually scream in horror at a 3D effect. Is this how much LG cares about children? LG will claim that their passive glasses eliminate the effect. It's not entirely true and other brands have largely eliminated all ghosting effects too. LG won't claim that their technology reduces the effective resolution of their televisions to only 540 lines even though that bit is true. They wouldn't claim that because their major rivals, Samsung and Sony have retained full HD resolution.
To address a situation where a child makes noise while watching TV without disrupting others, you can try setting clear expectations and boundaries with the child before watching TV, providing alternative activities for them to do quietly, using headphones for the child to listen to the TV, or creating a designated quiet area for the child to watch TV.
she did not go as a child just practice
