The amount of volcanic activity that we have now does not increase global temperatures. A volcanic eruption does emit some carbon dioxide, but man, in a year, by burning fossil fuels, emits more than 150 times the average yearly emission from volcanoes.

Volcanic eruptions actually cause a cooling of the earth, though only briefly. Dust and ash in the atmosphere acts as a barrier to the sun's heat, and temperatures cool till the ash settles.
