Most of the requirements are flexible. Usually a turkey is required, and maybe stuffing and pie. Just find a place, have some friends over, and eat those things. If you don't want to make them yourself or don't know how, that part isn't required. Just go out to a restaurant. Lots of them will serve turkey during Thanksgiving, and you will find that even the turkey is flexible. Any meal you have on that day can be Thanksgiving. :)
