We get it through the water cycle. The rain in the rainforest is evaporated and the clouds that form are moved by the winds and they in turn rain in other regions. Water falls in the ocean, rivers, lakes, rivers, and on the land. This too is evaporated and becomes more rain and snow. The rainforest is the engine to the entire cycle. The world also depends on them for the oxygen supply.

Rainforests play a large part in regulating the water cycle. Rainforests help through the process of transpiration, which is the release of water from a plant's leaves during photosynthesis.
Not all rainforests are near water, but many are located in regions with high annual rainfall and moist climates. Some rainforests, such as those in the Amazon, are influenced by large rivers, but others, like the Daintree Rainforest in Australia, are found farther inland.

Tropical rainforests are humid because they are located near the equator where the warm temperatures cause water to evaporate from the surface of the earth and plants. This water vapor then condenses into clouds and precipitation, creating a continuous cycle of humidity and rainfall in the rainforest. Additionally, the dense vegetation in rainforests contributes to high levels of humidity by transpiring water vapor into the air.
Australia has more than two types of rainforest. Australia has tropical rainforests, sub-tropical rainforests, warm temperate rainforests and cool temperate rainforests.
There are streams, rivers, lakes and swamps.
