Worms have these little organs along their bodies that can provide taste, smell and feeling vibrations. Worms don't really NEED much help with senses since they live underground most of the time. Their sense of smell helps them detect food and the organs help them pick up good vibrations so they can detect a predator.

Even though worms don't really have legitimate sense of vision, these great little organs can detect bright light so it's obvious whether they're underground or not.

And of course, there's touch Worms rely mostly on their nerve endings all over their body so they know if they're on grass or on concrete (cement is kinda smell-les).
