You can't. After you beat May go to Mauville City (which is the next city) and go to a shop called 'Rydel's Cycles'. Talk to him and he offers you either an Acro Bike (Gos slower but you can do tricks and make good turns) or a Mach Bike (Gos real Fast!!!)
