How do you Begin Mu Training?

It is recommended that you find a master of Mu, first before you begin, so you'll have better instruction in the Way of Mu. You must also understand that Mu actually means "nothing". Through this training, you will harden your body and strengthen your mind. Meditating is obviously a big part. You need to practice everyday so that you can ignore absolutely anything, and soon, not have to get into a position to do so. You'll also need to work out a lot, so do a bunch of the basic things to get ready for the more hard things, such as lifting weights, backpacking, etc. Once you feel extremely comfortable doing the basic exercises, you can move on to the more advanced things. Don't forget to practice meditation everyday, still. During or afterwards, take up a martial art. Northern Shaolin Kung Fu is recommended. Once you've almost mastered meditating, you should be able to feel what you imagine while doing so. Also, if you decide to learn to practice Psi/Chi, that will help much. Keep practicing all this for years, or some other long period of time. Soon, you will feel that the time has come for your last test. You'll be certain. Climb to a high area (or "Mu Pillar," if you know where it is) and meditate, long and hard. Many illusions will try to distract you, but keep your concentration. Then, you will see a spirit before you, in the void of black nothingness. It will ask you questions... First, "To complete your trial, I am going to break your legs. You will lose the use of them. Do you accept this?" If you tell the spirit no, then you will fail and practice harder for a long time. If you say yes, your legs will be ripped off, in a psychic sense. If you are in the true state of Mu and you've practiced long and hard, then this will not hurt... as much. Then, "Next, I will tear your arms off and feed them to the crows. Do you accept this?" After that: "Now I'll cut your ears off. You do not mind my taking your hearing away, do you? Do you accept this?" Once/if you do, you'll not be able to hear him obviously and see text float in the air. "By floating words through the air, I must ask you... do you care if I take your eyes? Do you want to live in eternal darkness? I shall steal your sight. Do you accept this?" And finally, "I can only communicate directly with your mind. Your mind is all you have left. In the end, I will take it, though you probably don't want to allow that, do you? Do you accept?"

If you have answered yes to all, you will snap back into reality, with all your limbs, eyes, ears, and your mind. You will come to a final conclusion about Mu, and practically life. You will have changed, physically, and mentally.
