Either find a car thief or get the schematics from the service manual and bypass all anti-theft wiring... it's not easy...
The easiest way to bypass the theft deterrent module is to remove the fuse. The location of the fuse can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.

You can not bypass the theft deterrent on your Cadillac. This is a pass lock system in which the key is coded directly to the cylinder. If the theft deterrent has be intiated on your vehicle the best bet is to if you have the key is to disconnect the battery for atleast 10 minutes so the BCM resets and then reconnect the battery and use your key. The vehicle should start. If the ignition has been busted either replace the ignition or get a steering column with a key from a junkyard. Or you can wire the theft deterrent to ground and cause a resistance which might work. You can not bypass the theft deterrent on your Cadillac. I am pretty sure you can pop the hood and open the fuse box. Read the diagram and it should tell you which paticular fuse you can pull to bypass the security system. I had to do it to my wife's Dodge Avenger, so I hope it is the same with your car. Good Luck!
