Currently, there are two ways: A tool, and a script. I suggest searching: CFrame tool. Or Rotate tool. Cframe tool is suggested.
CFrame a model , and than add a morph button
Get the Cframe tool from free models when building then use it to move the block or the brick all around.
In ROBLOX Studio (Start Menu -> ROBLOX -> ROBLOX Studio), open a new place (or load a place). In the View -> Toolbars menu (on the toolbar at the very top), check the selection that reads "Command", and if done correctly, the Command toolbar should appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the textarea on the toolbar and type in the directory to your brick, in example... "game.Workspace.Brick1" Now, we'll set it's CFrame. "game.Workspace.Brick1.CFrame = CFrame.new(game.Workspace.Brick1.Position) * CFrame.fromEulerAnglesXYZ(math.rad(0), math.rad(0), math.rad(0))" Change the zeros to your desired radian.
You could use your character to push the brick until it is at the angle you want, or you can use the LUA command line to execute a script that will modify the brick's CFrame. (The second option would require a knowledge of LUA scripting on Roblox.)
CFraming. To CFrame bricks, you can either learn it the real way or the easy way. The real way is more respectable though. Ask a scripting helper on the scripting helpers forum about learning the real way. The easy way out is to insert a cframe tool to build stuff in build mode. That is frowned upon however.
MaKe your own models for the most part. You can use some but try to modify them a little but nobody likes a model stealer. Also try your and at scripting. The Cframe tool will help alot
