To disable a kill switch the wiring would have to be modified to bypass the switch. This is not advisable as the switch is a safety feature.

if you are referring to the ignitian kill switch that automatically engages when you lock the door. If you place your key on the door and "unlock " the door three ties it should disable the kill switch

There is no "kill" switch on a 1995 Grand Marquis. There is a fuel inertia buttom that when activated stops the fuel from reaching the engine so the car will not go even thought it does have power.
