Caterpie is a green Bug-type caterpillar that can only learn Tackle and String Shot. It evolves into Metapod then into Butterfree, one of Ash Ketchum's earliest Pokemon in the TV series. Caterpie is rivals with Weedle.
Just give the Pokemon you want to evolve the Exp. Share or trade a Pokemon with a friend.. It will gain more XP in battles.
You have to get the Friend area "Magnetic Quary" from Wigglytuff and go to Mt.Steel and try to Recuitate him
you can't --- Yes you can. >.<; In the Haunted Zone, there's two trees on either side of the door to the Haunted Mansion. The one on the right has a Kakuna in the tree, which will fall when you Dash into it. The one on the left has a Metapod in the tree, which will also fall when you Dash into it. To make Metapod your friend, you'll have to find Rotom. After you do that, go back and talk to Metapod and Kakuna. They'll both become your friend without a Skill Game.
At the the Wigglytuff friend club in Pokemon square

That depends on what Pokemon your friend uses and their movesets. Since you didn't specify this, my advice to you is to find counter-Pokemon and strategies to your friend's Pokemon. It takes more than just good Pokemon to win a battle.
A Pokemon or item and mail with Pokemon
Zangoose does not appear in Pokemon sapphire, but you CAN get it. To get it, you must trade Pokemon with your friend if your friend has Pokemon ruby which is the only game you can get zangoose in. Or you can just buy Pokemon ruby.
you can only get this in Pokemon red, and so will have to trade with a friend to get it. Improve: you can catch a vulpix in fiery field. THey are harder than they look, and they faint easily, so I recommend an escape orb.
