There are lots of different ways of preparing a study timetable. You can even find copies of outlines on the internet. I recommend that you draw up weekly timetables, with the hours that you have free and taken up with work/sports etc blocked out. Then write a list of things you need to do and study and slot them into the spaces. Try and stick to the timetable as much as you can. Remember to schedule time for breaks, food and enough rest too!
