To access a Flash Drive:
1) Click on 'Start'
2) Click on 'Computer'
3) Plug in your Flash Drive
You should see your device pop up on the 'My Computer' screen. Just double click it when you see it pop up. :)

On the laptop, there should be 2 USB ports located on the back. Plug the Flash Drive into this port to access. It will create another drive on your computer
