There's a secret sticker switch near the start which unlocks a race. When at the bit where it shows you tutorial for getting stuck don't go across the bridge instead grab the bird and fly across

Yes, it is. If the part you are talking about is the Hold To Retry tutorial with the breaking bridge, step on the bridge a little, then jump, grab the bird and swing over. Hope this helped :)
