You click the 's' button on your keyboard to have an overlook on all your skills. Click the up arrowed button to add a skill point to the skill. Basically, the more skill points you have on a skill, the stronger it is. I would suggest you apply all skill points on attacking skills than buffs. Plus, you should put the skill button on a hot key like 'z'
