Do you mean "How do you turn it on?" It's simple. Do you see, on the bottom-right of your psp, on the side, the little switch thing? Just slide it up and then let go. It should turn on so long as the PSP is fully charged.
After you've charged it up, flick the power switch to turn the unit on.
by turning it on with the power button.
You don't "activate it". You either buy it in a store/internet or you could play a demo of it on your psp. (I bought it so I don't know how you get the demo.)
It means you need to log into your PSN account on both PC and PSP, then link the PSP to your account. Once you've done that, the PSP is authorised to use your PSN details - basically it stops people distributing PSN logins, only someone with access to the account on a PC can authorise the devices.
The psp touch
You cannot play with multiplayers on a PSP with just one PSP system. You can play with multiplayers with a PS2 gaming system.
A PSP Go Graphics is not the same thing a PS3. A PS3 is a gaming system and a PSP is a personal gaming system.
If its a psp game, it will run on any psp system (providing its not faulty). If its not a psp game, it wont work on the psp.
The PSP 3000 is the third generation of the PSP system, there is also a PSP 2000 (AKA slim). a PSP 1000 (AKA phat). and the PSP go, which is the most recent iteration of the PSP.
