In any Pokemon version game (not for 4th generation games) you go to the questionnaire in the Pokemart and type in linktogether with all.

To get it for the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum game, go to the third floor of Jublife City's TV station, and then go to the man at the bottom. He'll ask you what you think of TV. Say "Everyone" and "Happy", and then say "Wifi" and "Connection". Now get Mystery Gift on the main menu. In HeartGold/SoulSilver, it is automatically unlocked once you start and save a new game file.

To get to Mystery Gift in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, talk to a guy standing next to a lady in the third floor of the Jublife City TV station. The guy wants to interview you, so first, answer, "EVERYONE HAPPY" and then, for his second question, answer, "WI-FI CONNECTION". Save, turn your DS off, turn it on again, press A, and check the menu. If it says Mystery Gift, you've succeeded!

to get the mystery gift in firered/leafgreen u just go into a shop and look at the white sheet on the counter and fill out the qustionare and put link together with all for diamond/pearl you go to jublife city and go to the third floor then u go to the bottom left and talk to the guy standing there and tell him "everyone happy" then tell him "Wi-Fi Connection" but be warned not all the words will be avalible right away,u may have to go into the pokecenter lower floor first ok hope i helped and P.S.
