∙ 14y agoChallenge a bungie member, and win or lose epicly to get it. You can also do something totally pwn and epic, and i mean EPIC! EX: Get splattered by a cone.... (YouTube)
You can also get the helmet by sending a map(forged) to 15 people, then the helmet is yours!

When Halo 3 ODST comes out, you will be able to complete the vidmaster achievements or you can hack them by HexEdit something I did for my other GT (obviously to just show off to friends). Send me a film and I can mod it for you which will give you Bungie armor [Flaming EOD Chest] and RECON. FILM ONLY not CLIP. Bungie ARMOR limit 10 -18 seconds.

∙ 12y agoLogin to your bungie.net account (use your Windows Live ID linked to your Xbox account). Go to your halo 3 profile, and if you have all 7 of the Vidmaster achievements, click the button to unlock Recon.
There are four Vidmaster achievements in Halo 3, and 3 Vidmaster achievements in Halo 3: ODST. You must have all 7 in order to unlock Recon.
