I have the PS2 version of Sims 2 Castaway, but I think they should be the same. After you get the cheat gnome, you can enter your other codes. Then, you go up to the cheat gnome and turn each cheat on. once you have the gnome unlocked you have to type the other cheats and then you can use them by selecting the gnome
