If you are building a web page, post the PDF as you would any other file and link to it with an href tag like this: <a href="file-name-here.pdf">Download Link</a>. Alternatively if you do not have access to upload PDFs to your website you can upload to sites like slideshare.net, or dropbox and link to them for download.

∙ 16y agoGenerally speaking all you have to do is write in an "href" link to where the pdf file is on your server, e.g.:
<a href="folder/filename.pdf">text of link</a> All recent versions of acrobat will open the pdf in the browser window. Of course if you think people might not have a copy of acrobat on their computer it is always a good idea to put a link to the acrobat download page as well.
Secondly, if you wish to open up the pdf within one of the pages on your site (i.e. keeping your sites navigation panel open while the pdf is being viewed) then you could have the pdf link open in an iframe.
