To include a movie in a PowerPoint presentation, you simply click insert, click on movies and sounds, then click movie from file. The trouble is PowerPoint only recognizes MP3, AVI and some other formats so if you cannot add a video because it is FLV or some other unrecognized media type, then you simply download a video format converter. Unfortunately I have no decent video converter, because I don't tend to use PowerPoint videos at school. I will keep trying to find a link to a site with a working video converter but until then I hope this aids you in your question.
Save the movie from the internet to your desktop. Go onto PowerPoint, and click on Insert (it's up the top with File, Edit etc). A drop-down menu should appear. Move down to Movie and Sound and click on it. A box should pop up. Now you can search up the movie you put on your desktop, and its on! You're welcome, 7neondragon
