In Word 2007 there is a picture icon in the Insert ribbon, in Word 2003 and older you find Insert > Picture in the menus.
You would add the prefix "Re-" to the root word figure in order to create a word that means to create a form or image of something again.
You can not add music to image in Photoshop.
To add pictures to Microsoft Word there are two options. The photo can be copied and pasted straight onto the document or inserted via the "Insert Image" button.

The word "image" can be a noun.
To add a stroke to a PNG image, you can use image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. Select the image layer, then go to the "Layer" menu and choose "Layer Style" or "Layer Effects." From there, you can add a stroke effect to the image, adjusting the size, color, and position of the stroke as needed.

It is not currently possible to add an image to a question on Answers.com
A synonym for the word image, is the word picture. These are two different words, but they can both be used to describe the same thing. An image and a picture can be taken with a camera.
At the moment you can't add images directly into the questions.
