Connect your phone to the PC using the USB wire provided.
When you connect it, click mass storage and wait for the removable disk window pop up on your PC. You might have to go to 'my computer' and click on 'removable disk' icon (f:?)
From there you can select the music fil from your computer, 'copy' it and then 'paste' it into the 'audio' folder acsociated with the phone.
