Why can't you add friends on Neopets?
You can add Neofriends on Neopets, but you have to be at least 13 years old to do so.
How do you add neofriends?
Add: http://www.neopets.com/neofriend_requests.phtml Type the username of the person you wish to request to be neofriends to and click "Request to be Neofriends." Or go to their user lookup and click "neofriend"Top bar: My account > Neofriends > "Neofriend Requests & Add a Neofriend". Type in the name of the user you want to be friends with, and click "Request to be Neofriends!".

Neofriends are people that you add to your friends on Neopets.com . In order to add someone on this site, you must go to their userlookup and click the button that looks like a smiley face and says Neofriend underneath.
How do you delete neofriend at Neopets?
First, click on 'My Account' at the top of the screen. Then under 'Neofriends' by the Pink Meepit, click 'View Neofriends'. By the Neofriend you wish to delete will be a box that you click on that says 'Del?'. Click on the box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Update Neofriends'. After that click request to be neofriends. Once they accept your request go to neomail which is also located at my account. Click Send which is next to inbox on neomail.
