There should be a plug bolt on the side of the gearbox, remove this and add gear oil to this opening with a hose. There are special hoses and funnels you can purchase at your local auto parts store.
i just put a whole bottle of 7th gear chaincase oil itslike 16 oz but if your picky its like 9 but chaincases arent to picky you can run atf or gear oil with no problems but i like chaincase oil myself
no drainplug on the engine. fan-cooled 2-stroke. it has no dedicated oil sump. to drain the chaincase oil just remove the cover, wipe out all the oil, re-install chaincase cover and fill with new oil.
There is a large sump plug on the front of the gearbox, this needs a torque drive (possibly 19mm) to open it, if oil drips out then it is full, if not you need to add some. Thanks
9 OZ.

What? If you are wanting to know where to add gear lube to the transmission, then you should be a little clearer with the question. You add lube on the side of the transmission near the top, usually driver's side.
You dont... The engine oil and gearbox oil are the same thing, so if you want to do this, then just do a normal oil change!
