Google+ seems to be available already for anyone to join after its testing phase. To sign up just go to Google Plus' main page and click the sign-in button. Fill out all required information and you're done! You can start adding relatives and friends in to your circles.

∙ 12y agoAfter being invite-only for nearly three months, Google+ is now open for all since September 20, 2011. It was opened to everyone 18 years of age or older without the need for an invitation. To sign up, just go to G+'s home page.
