1) First, go to contacts, located on the bottom left of the screen.
2) Next, press the little plus sign at the top left, and then press "Search Skype Directory" if you know the person's username. Alternatively, you could just type in their phone number, but I haven't done this before.
3) Type in the person's username you want to add, and press search. The name of the person you're looking for should pop up.
4) Click on the person's name then click "add to contacts".
