its actually very simple all you do is enter your profile page.when your in on the top of the page there's
going to be a question mark you cannot miss it its big, anyways just move your cursor[mouse] along the question mark as you do so a sign will pop up and ask you if you would want to add a picture or change your existing one that's all....
