Pull the cap off the reservoir and look at the gauge on the cap as it says add or it says full when cold or full when hot, if it needs fluid you add Power Steering fluid into the reservoir until when you put the cap back on and pull it back off and check, it reads where it's supposed to depending if your engine is warm or if it's cool and hasn't been run.
