When you add a printer to your publishing 'toolkit', regardless of the software you're using, you add it as hardware, not as software.
Google docs receives its information about your printer from the operating system feature in charge of the list of devices you have added to your computer's 'toolkit'.
The Google toolbar does not have the printer icon anymore. You can right click on your mouse to print.
There is a print option in the Google Toolbar. Cntrl +P is the shortcut key for that.
There is no Gmail Toolbar, There is the Google Toolbar.

If you have already downloaded Google Toolbar and installed it on your web browser then you can activate and show it by going to either Add-ons (Firefox) or Manage Add-ons (IE), then selecting the Google Toolbar (note it is the add-on "toolbar" not anything else") and then clicking Enable. You will have to refresh your browser to enable the toolbar.
You can add a placemark in Google Earth by clicking Placemark option under the Add menu or the "Add Placemark" button on the toolbar. There is no longer an eBay toolbar available in any country. The toolbar has been converted to a browser add-on which is available in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Every browser has a main menu bar on the top where you can see Tools menu. Go there and select options.
You cannot use the website icon on the desktop. You can always add the bookmarks, which are same as icon of page.
