i assume you are trying to add a ringtone or notification alert... you can use .wav or .mp3 files. connect to pc with usb cable and on phone set up usb connection. open phones SD card on pc browser and add a folder called Ringtones or Notifications and add your sounds into those folders. if sounds dont show up in phones menu list when trying to change then reboot the phone...
