mirror, as in the noun/object: looking glass, hand glass, seeing glass mirror, as in the verb: reflect, copy, act like, mimic, emulate.
On my 1998 E320 the glass had cracked or something and the light differentiating fluid had leaked out leaving me with two images. The dealer wanted $450 for the mirror. I carefully cut out a piece of cardboard the size I wanted and had a local glass shop cut a mirror. I attached it with double stick white cushy tape and caulking onto the existing mirror. Cost $20.
