Jack up, and support on jack stands, the rear of the truck Transmission in neutral Use a thin screwdriver or brake spoon to spin the star wheel through the backing plate
Run the truck backwards to about 10 Mph, hit you brakes very hard. This will adjust your brakes in general.

And you should notice the original amount of tension when you press on the brakes.

They are inside the drum part of the rear disc brakes. Remove the rotor and you will see the shoes.
