That engine has an EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system. There is no adjustment.
you just move the flaps around
My friend has one and the air filter is located between the headlights, below a body panel
Located in the back of the engine on the driver's side next to the O2 sensor connector.
Make sure the radiator fan is working.
Front of engine compartment inside the air box.
low on A.C. fluid.you may need to change the system over to 134r refridgent, to recharge the system
Very back of the upper plenum on the driver side. It has a hose going to it from the center of the balance tube.
You can start with Cold Air Intake, Then exhaust, then headers and ECU upgrade
A turbo can make your car faster by increasing the amount of air that the engine can have inside the cylinders. A turbo alone will not make a car faster, you will need to adjust the amount of fuel that is injected into the engine as if you add too much air it will cause your engine to lean out and blow up.

A turbine is connected to a compressor with a shaft. When the hot exhaust gases flow through the turbine, it spins the compressor, which is connected to the air intake, adding pressure and airflow (or "boost") to the intake.
