adjust the rear brakes inside the drums. can be done from under vehicle with tires still on. there is a rubber plug just under where brake line goes into backing plate. remove plug and look inside with flashlight. you will see a small wheel with little teeth on it. it will only move one direction easily. turn that direction until very little brake drag is felt. repeat on other side and your set.
