Idle speed is not adjustable. It is computer controlled, and if incorrect there is as sensor or vacuum problem.
35- idle air control (iac) valve/ circuit
idle should be aroung 900 iin park then when in gear should idle around 650 or 700

Sounds like wheel ballance.
at idle is 7-10 Lbs at 1800 RPM, is 35-42 Lbs
