replace bushings on shift rod at both ends under shifter and at the transmission easy project i recommend polyurethane bushings available at most parts stores remove old measure holes carefully then have the parts guy find bushings to fit usually alot cheaper than a kit
Flex-ion and extension at temporo-mandibular joint. Here powerful Massetor and Temporalis muscles, one on either side is used. And medial to lateral or side to side movement (Grinding movement.) to grind the food. For which medial and lateral Pterigoid muscles are used.
You cannot adjust it, you have to replace the lever!
First adjust the knurled adjuster at the lever all the way in then adjust the cable at the lower end until there is 1/2" or so of free play at the lever.

Check for play in the shift lever and linkage. If is shows signs of play or looseness adjust it, or, perhaps it lacks or has too much lubrication at the joints and friction points.

its manual adjust forward/back is the lever under the seat front, recline is the lever on the right "side", to fold it down flat is the handle on the back
If you put your hand at the bottom of the housing after the stearing, you'll find a hole with a lever, all you have to do is pull on the lever inside the hole and you can adjust your stearing, be sure to snap the lever in position before you drive, hope this answer helped you
