First make sure rear service brakes are adjusted properly There should be a small nut located at the side of the emergency brake handle (may have to remove plastic trim to access) Set brake to 3 clicks and wheels should be locked at that position
The majority of time if you adjust the rear brakes it will adjust the park brake.
