On a 1996 Ranger the manual shows to lift the clutch pedal every 5000 miles to adjust the hydraulic clutch - I have no idea if your's is the same
To lift the front of a Ram you have to replace the springs, or add spring spacers.
They move it up and down, causing the air to create lift and thrust. Before they move their wings up, they adjust the wings to make it go down a little, then when move their wings down, they adjust them to make go up which creates lift.

Yes you can Adjust the torsion bar to raise it. I did this on my 1 ton Chevy to raise the front end. I had an alignment right after and it has worked great ever since.
Put the handbrake on and lift the rubber flap up just below the lever. Beneath that will be a 10mm nut, tighten that to adjust handbrake. 1993 micra should be about 5-7 clicks

Put in Berlingo springs, they are taller and harder, but will fit.
there is a lever behind your wheel, it looks like a upside down L and its attached to a ball, take the pins out lift the L off the ball and adjust it by moving it up or down,their maybe a few extra steps but that's whats adjust your height..
