The pets in Dizzywood are called Crystal critters and you can get them in a few different ways. Most of the Crystal Critters are found in the Jaguar Temple by collecting the blue crystals and then taking the crystal version of the pet to Kan the Geomancer (the snake), who is in the Explorer's Camp. The Kitty Critter is different and you get that critter in the Garden Gazebo area by collecting the stone fragments and talking to one of the garden sprites.
