DOS is fully command based operating system. we do every job in Dos by typing commands instead by using mouse clicks like todays computers. This is because of Using GUI (Graphic user interface). GUI make computers user friendly As MS DOS is completely CLI (command line interface) based operating system hence it does not incorporate a GUI (graphical user interface) natively. This is the main difference.
There is nothing called lenovo DOS OS. DOS is the operating system which can be loaded in lenovo hardware..
INT 33h is a software interrupt in DOS that provides services for mouse management. It allows programs to perform various mouse-related functions, such as initializing the mouse, getting mouse position, and handling mouse button clicks. This interrupt is primarily used in applications that require mouse input, enabling developers to easily integrate mouse functionality into their software. It is part of the BIOS mouse support, and its usage is largely historical, relevant mainly in legacy DOS applications.

DOS is just the operating system just like Windows XP. DOS SHELL is a program in DOS in which you can browse files and open them, etc. Just generally an easier way to move around the DOS operating system
DOS is not used at any time in any modern operating system.
DOS is an operating system. The DOS prompt is the command line where DOS commands can be run/executed.
The (Microsoft) Disc Operating System is a command line driven program. Windows is a Graphical User Interface, which means that, by using a pointing device such as a mouse, the user can select an icon and open it, which will cause the operating system to perform the related actions. A string of code must be entered at the prompt in DOS to achieve the same results.MS-DOS was the old operating system software used prior to Windows 95. When Windows came along, DOS was incorporated into the new windows operating system. DOS commands can still be accessed in windows by bringing up the command prompt. So the only actual difference is that DOS is obsolete and windows is the current OS for PC's.
