Very broad question. There are many ways in which we affect wildlife. In many parts of the developed world we have affected wildlife by eradicating it. Rainforest wildlife is affected when the rainforest is cut down, seas are being effected by global warming, acidification of the oceans.
At a personal level, it depends on how you live. It will be the sum of all your actions but particularly your carbon footprint, the rubbish you get rid of (and how) and the choices you make (go on safari, and while this doesnt directly effect the animals it gives an incentive to local people to support the animals)
