Park your car on a level surface several feet in front of a wall/garage door with the headlights on. Open the hood. On the top inner most side of the headlight assembly is a small round hole. At the bottom of the hole is the headlight adjustment screw. Insert the largest Philips head screwdriver into the hole that easlily fits. Gently rotate the screw taking note of the light position on the wall. Do not force the screwdriver into the hole and do not force the screw. They are plastic and easily damaged.

The proper way to align your headlights would be to take it to a good shop where they have a device that fits onto the light that will set it perfectly level and straight . Most shops won't even charge you.
There should be two torx-head screws on each headlight--one on the top and one on the side. Park your truck on level ground about 4 feet from a wall. Turn on the low-beam headlights and adjust them so they are about level (up and down) and inline side to side with the headlights as the reference height. Mark the top and side of the 'brightest' parts of the light. Then turn on the brights and readjust so the bright parts roughly align with the marks.
