Bare in mind what the interviewer is looking for in you, if the job is gardening related then just load them with all the experience you've ever had even if it was visiting the gardens of famous places as a child, helping an old man with his pot plants across the street, whatever you get it. If the job however is not gardening related, then the hobbies you have (unless you frequently attend nazi rallies) shouldn't really be a problem, but if you want, you can use the fact you garden to your advantage; claim it makes you a stronger person, it makes it easier for you to know your physical and perhaps mental limits, you know that you are a person that wants everything to preferably be aesthetically pleasing and are incredibly neat, you respect the environment you work in dearly. good luck!
