You don't apply for it. The Sheetz Family Christmas group will tell your local participating Salvation Army to pick a certain amt of children (ex. our local chapter picks out 14 children this year) out of the community. Since they choose the children to be involved, there is no application process. If you are asked to be included, you will get a form to fill out with the things your child enjoys, toys they wish for, ect.
It's a great program and they do alot for the children.
The programs that you can apply for are Project Bundle Up and the Christmas Assistance program.
