Just click on the transitions tab under the window next to the trimming window
Well Sony Vegas 9 Has a few More Effects and Transitions.
Adobe After Effects is not quite the same as Sony Vegas Pro. A better comparison would be sony vegas and adobe premiere. After Effects is for doing short VFX in it, and sony vegas and premiere are for editing a clip.
Sony Vegas (and other video editing software effects/transitions) are not compatible/interchangeable with Windows Movie Maker. The only way to use effects produced on Sony Vegas (or other software application) is by importing the finalized/exported clips which already include the effects on them.
Sony Vegas 9 Platinum does not, but Sony Vegas Pro does
yes they can but sony Vegas pro 9 files cant be edited in sony Vegas pro 8
No. There is no version of Sony Vegas for Linux.
Sony
All the functions in Sony Vegas can be located from selecting the "view" menu. (At the top, it goes file, edit, view..etc).Here you select "transitions" and they should appear in the same window as your explorer, video effects, media generators etc.If for some reason that doesn't work, I would try "view", then "window layouts", then "default layout", or the key command which is alt and D followed by D.Hope this helps.
.veg (Sony vegas project file)
Yes! Sony Vegas is a good program for editing movies. I have bought this program during Christmas. I had trials for Adobe Premier, Corel Video Studio, and Sony Vegas. In the end I chose Vegas. My school has bought Corel Video Studio and it was not a good decision. I say get Sony Vegas.
No unfortunately. Looking for a patch. Russ
Yes I would because in Sony Vegas, you can crop, turn and a lot more stuff. I use Sony Vegas for all my videos.
