1) ask if u want to play truth of dare with just you and him this is a way that can never go wrong. what you ask first is have you ever kissed a girl before? if he says yes then say ok then it will be his turn then and and just say truth and answer a question but when he next says dare just pause for a bit smile and say i dare you to kiss me
