IF you are doing this because you want to find out what a pregnant belly feels like, admire their stomach with them noticing, come up to them, compliment and congratulate them about being pregnant, then after you have became friendly ask if the mother is expiancing kicking. if she is a saint... she'll let you but most likely she wont cuz why would you touch a stranger?
IF you are doing this for some kind of sexual "kick," please be aware that you could be charged with sexual assault.
