One possibility, though, is that you are a Spanish-speaker and it is natural for you to remember your friends/family speaking to you in Spanish. Another possibility is that you are trying to speak Spanish and you are playing out possible conversations in your head to improve cognitive fluency. Another possibility is that you are just insane, but reserve judgment on that.
